Leave everything to us! Simply contact our customer service team at contacto@mundoesim.com and provide the necessary information and documents we may require.<\/p>

All types of refunds can be full or partial. We refund the total value of the product but do not consider bank fees charged to the customer by banks or payment platforms.<\/p>

If there have been changes to your plans and you no longer need your Mundo eSIM, we will provide you with a full refund.<\/p>

  • The eSIM has not yet been activated and the data plan has not been used.<\/li>
  • If the eSIM has already been activated and\/or used, we will analyze your specific case to provide a better solution.<\/li>
  • The purchase must have been made no more than 30 days or 1 month ago.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Refund for incompatible or blocked device \n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    If you purchased the eSIM and it turned out to be incompatible with your device, we will provide you with a full refund (except for charges that cannot be reversed due to bank fees).<\/p>

    • The QR code has not been scanned.<\/li>
    • No data from the plan has been used.<\/li>
    • The eSIM must have been purchased no more than 30 days or 1 month ago.<\/li>
